51 pouches of countrymade wine each containing 200 ml was recovered from a hut having concealed under garbage and for that, petitioner has been apprehended and is under custody since 28.08.2016. Furthermore, as per Para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner, Lachho Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhoula P. S. Case no.95 of 2016.
