2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection withBuxar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, one loaded country made pistol was recovered from one Shivam Singh. The petitioner was found travelling with Shivan Singh. Two mobile sets have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 06.06.2024.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64623 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 167 of 2024.
6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Buxar Town Police Station, District- Buxar on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
