The petitioner seeks bail in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 350 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 125 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from joint house of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 17.7.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54051 of 2019(2) dt.03-09-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IIIrd cum Special Judge, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 350 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
