In the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking relief for granting A.C.P. in terms of A.C.P. Scheme, 2003 and M.A.C.P. Scheme, 2010.
Petitioner entered into service as Panchayat Sewak and later he was converted into Panchayat Sachiv. A.C.P. Scheme, 2003 has been made effective from 9.8.1999 and that was substituted by another A.C.P. Scheme, 2010 which has been made effective from 1.1.2010.
During pendency of this writ petition, petitioner has granted first A.C.P. which is Annexure 8 to the counter affidavit. Petitioner has claimed that he is entitled to second
Patna High Court CWJC No.10207 of 2013 (2) dt.21-07-2016 A.C.P. which he has been deprived.
In such view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file representation before the Collector, Nalanda giving details of fact along with copy of this order. If such a representation is filed, the Collector, Nalanda will consider his case and pass an order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation. With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
