The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Sections 399/402/412 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 25 (1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR but one country-made pistol and cartridges is said to have been recovered from the petitioner and the other co-accused also, who are named in the FIR and they have been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court by various orders, copies of the orders are attached with the petition and copies of the same have also been filed. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2016.

Misc. No.31501 of 2016 and the petitioner is also in custody for about seven months, let petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sushant Ranjan J.M.
