JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For a direction to the respondents not to encroach the ancestral Raiyati land under the title and possession of this petitioner for construction of any road or any other things.

(ii) For a direction to the respondents not to disturb the peaceful possession of this petitioner over his land.

(iii) For direction to remove any construction or any other mean of

without acquisition of the land of this petitioner under law of acquisition existing in the country."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Buxar for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, before the District Magistrate, Buxar, he shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
