The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 10.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38387 of 2014 with Cr. Misc. No. 41846 of 2014. It is submitted that on account of election dispute this false case has been filed.

It appears that on the basis of materials collected during the course of investigation the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected.

I do not find any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly the same is rejected.
