The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no recovery from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been named in the First Information Report. However, the petitioner name surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police by one Ranjan Kumar @ Abhishekh. He further submits that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and is a student. Considering the aforementioned submissions and that the recovery was not made from the possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54809 of 2016 (2) dt.09-01-2017 P2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 512/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
