2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 232 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that one country made pistol has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner in custody since 17.05.2025 and is accused in four more similar and serious criminal cases.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is dismissed.
