JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 13-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and the counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General. From perusal of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, it appears that post-retiral dues of the petitioner has already been paid.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner in case he is aggrieved on account of calculation of the post-retiral dues or non-payment of any post-retiral dues by filing a representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.4549 of 2016 (5) dt.13-10-2017 2/2 before the respondent no.3, the Director General of Police, Jharkhand, Ranchi in case the petitioner is aggrieved on account of wrong calculation of the pensionary benefits or non-payment of any of the post-retiral dues liberty, shall also be available to the petitioner to approach the Treasury Officer, if has any grievance connected with the office of Treasury Officer, Samastipur, petitioner shall file representation before him alongwith a copy of this order. It goes without saying that the competent authority shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of such representation by a reasoned and specking order within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation and ensure payment of admissible dues if any in accordance with law within a further period of two months from the date of passing of this order.

With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
