JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-09-2016 The petitioner seeks review of he order dated 21.05.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. 6064 of 2014 whereby noticing the disputed questions of fact as to who is legally wedded wife of late Awadh Narayan Singh i.e. the petitioner of present review application or the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 6064 of 2014, this Court disposed of the writ application with a liberty to any of the legal heir and successor of late Awadh Narayan Singh apply for grant of succession certificate. The Court observed that payment of retiral benefits of late Awadh
Patna High Court C. REV. No.222 of 2015 dt.21-09-2016 2/2 Narayan Singh shall be made only in favour of the person, in whose favour the succession certificate is granted from competent Civil Court.
I do not find any error apparent on record nor any other reason warranting review of the order under review. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
