The petitioner seeks bail in GogriP.S. Case No.34 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 of the Arms Act.

Accusation against the petitioner is of recovery of a country made pistol.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the he is in custody since7.2.2018 having no criminal antecedent. Police submitted charge sheet against the petitioner. Heard the learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
