Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.
As per prosecution case, petitioner obtained appointment on the post of Panchayat Teacher in 2003 on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that no step was taken for verification about the qualification of the petitioner within a period of 19 years and now his documents have been declared forged and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68058 of 2022(3) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 fabricated by the concerned authorities. Moreover, petitioner has been terminated from the service during pendency of the case and thus, he has already been sufficiently punished. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in Maker P. S. Case No. 169 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
