Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 for the offence under sections 356, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching bag of the informant containing Rs. 2,09,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.6.2019.

Learned counsel submits that other co-accused has been granted bail.
