However, in case the petitioner feels that he has been discriminated and similar benefit has been granted to some other
Patna High Court LPA No.2261 of 2016 dt.09-02-2018 2/2 individual, he shall have liberty to bring these facts to the competent authority of the State Government and it would be for the competent authority to take note of this aspect of the matter and proceed to take action, as may be permissible under law.
