The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 299 of 2016 registered under Sections 417, 420, 464 and 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of C.J.M., Munger.

Submission is that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. There is specific allegation against him that he has sold the property to the informant suppressing the fact that he had already taken loan on the aforesaid property.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42526 of 2017 (5) dt.11-12-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
