Learned counsel for the petitioner and the informant submit that the parties are agreeable to explore the possibility of settlement.

In view of such statement made by the learned counsels, the petitioner is allowed provisional bail for a period of three months on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Town Police Station Case 123 of 2022 dated 03.04.2022.

The Court below, after three months, will consider the matter and, based on the outcome of the efforts to reconcile the issue, will pass appropriate orders exercising its discretion in accordance with law, which may include cancellation of bail. This application stands disposed of.
