2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 3071 of 2021, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 24.01.2024. By the said order, two weeks' time was allowed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove defect(s), as pointed out, within a period of two weeks after restoration of the case.

4. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this restoration petition is allowed, subject to condition that petitioner shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- (Five
