2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That the present writ petition is being filed for quashing of the charge sheet (prapatraka), contained in Memo No. 315 dated 22.02.2024, by which the charge has been framed against the petitioner relating to certain omission and commission said to have been committed by the petitioner while he was posted as SubDivisional Officer, Sone Canal Sub-Division, Piro, which has been issued under the signature

Patna High Court CWJC No.13532 of 2025(2) dt.01-09-2025 2/2 of the Deputy Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, for the reason that same has been framed contrary to the provisions of Rule 17 of the Bihar Government Servant (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules 2005."

3. During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner limits his prayer only to the fact that his reply to the second show cause notice be considered which is pending since 10.07.2025 and appropriate final orders may be passed expeditiously.

4. This application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities particularly, the respondent no. 2 to take necessary decision on the second show cause reply filed by the petitioner dated 10.07.2025 within one month from the date of communication /production of a copy of this order.
