The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)/27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 53642 of 2022 and 57461 of 2022 on 30.01.2023 and 09.02.2023 respectively.
