2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Marhaura P. S. Case No.294 of 2024 under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 337, 354, 338, 504, 325, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against nine named accused persons including the petitioners. The specific allegation is against Ravi Ranjan singh, and Santosh Singh that they have assaulted and attacked on the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61641 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 2/3 informant's husband by sword and against one of the petitioners, namely, Santosh Singh that he along with his family attacked with lathi and started throwing bricks due to which the informant's side become injured.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. He submits that upon bare reading of the F.I.R., it become crystal clear that in the subject matter, the informant himself disclosed that there was land dispute between them. It has also been mentioned in the subject matter of the F.I.R that the informant and accused persons are pattidar (agnates).
5. Counsel further submits that there is absolutely no allegation against Petitioner No.1 and 2, who are female. He further submits that the allegation made against Petitioner No.3 is general and omnibus.
6. Counsel also submits that antecedent of the petitioners are clean and ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed upon them.
7. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
8. In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event

No.61641 of 2024(2) dt.11-09-2024 3/3 of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhaura P. S. Case No.294 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
