Patna High Court MJC No.3967 of 2018(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 The present petition has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding on an allegation of disobedience to an order dated 11-06-2018 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 1495 of 2018. In this case, show-cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 5.

Learned A.C. to Government Advocate-4 submits that the Sub-Divisional Officer, Masaurhi (Patna) has already passed order, which has been brought on record as Annexure- A to the show-cause.

Besides this, I have also perused the order passed by this Court in Cr.W.J.C. No. 1495 of 2018 and after going through the same, I do not find any ground to proceed with the matter.

The petition stands disposed of.
