2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition.
3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 303(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Sanhita.
4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft of informant's Hyva.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2024 and has clean antecedent.
6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram/concerned Court below in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 294 of 2024 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Kaman Police Station, Dist:- Bharatpur, State:- Rajasthan on the first Sunday and third of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
(ii). Before accepting the bailbond of the petitioner, the court below will verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found having clean antecedent, the bail-bond of the petitioner shall be accepted. If the petitioner is found having criminal antecedent(s), his bail-bond shall not be accepted by the court below.
9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Bharatpur, Rajasthan through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
