The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kewti P.S. Case No. 48 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner and co-accused Sunil Yadav tried to commit rape with the informant. Submission is of false implication and that F.I.R. has been lodged after much delay. There is case and counter case. The petitioner has been implicated with concocted and baseless allegation, no such occurrence has taken place and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, considering the allegation attributed against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of pre-arrest bail to him and accordingly his such prayer stands rejected in connection with Kewti P.S.
