The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Section 47 (a) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that 02 ltrs. of liquor in a Plastic Gallon and three sets of Machine of Mud Pot and 30 kg. raw materials have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner but he is in custody since 15.09.2016 and there is no criminal antecedent.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is in custody for about three months and he has no criminal antecedent, let petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shree Pradip Kumar Choudhary, Learned J.M. Ist class, Uda-Kishunganj, District-Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No.C85(7)/2016 (Excise Case No.100/16) of Bihariganj P.S. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) chn/- U
