JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ghorasahan P. S. Case No. 43 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 461 and 379 of IPC. As per F.I.R. a theft was committed in the shop of the informant, but later on, one accused was arrested, who disclosed the name of the petitioner, as the member of gang in his confessional statement.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60639 of 2019(3) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana, Dhaka, East Chamaparan, in connection with Ghorasahan P. S. Case No. 43 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
