In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014 registered for offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant was coming from Buxar, in a broad day light, the accused persons intercepted and on the threat of his life, snatched Rs. 7,000/- along with the motor cycle. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation.
The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, having no criminal history, is in custody since 29th June 2015.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51264 of 2015 (2) dt.30-01-2016 2/2 Looking to the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on or after 1st March 2016 on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned N.K. Srivastva, Judicial Magistrate, Bhajpur at Arrah in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014.
