The petitioner has challenged the order of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4267 of 2014(4) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 State submits that the statutory appellate forum in the natter of State Appellate Authority is available where the petitioner may approach for redressal of his grievance against the decision of District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority. In view of the above, the Court is left with no option but to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach statutory appellate forum i.e. the State Appellate Authority within a maximum period of three months from today. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
