2. This application is filed for quashing the order dated 04.06.2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ara, Bhojpur in Divorce Case No. 221/2017 whereby the petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 5,000/- as interim maintenance to his wife.

3. I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order by which the maintenance amount of Rs. 5000/- has been fixed.

4. The divorce case no. 221 of 2017 has been filed in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ara, Bhojpur by the wife. The same is directed to be disposed of within six months of receipt/production of the copy of this order in the Court below.

5. In case the wife doesn't cooperate, the Court below is at liberty to stop to maintenance proceeding and dismiss the aforesaid divorce case.
