This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No.149 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Specific allegation of assault is against one Sakib Alam, who gave knife blow on the head of the victim. 4.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is not the assailant of the victim and he is in custody since 25.07.2023, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
