2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 484 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, when the petitioner along with his associates armed with deadly weapons are sitting in the house of Nitish Yadav are planning to commit offence, the informant (S.H.O.) along with police force proceeded for raid at Baraitha. When they reached Baraitha, they saw that three persons were trying to flee, but with help of police force, they caught three persons who disclosed the name of the petitioner and on search,

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the petitioner has four criminal antecedents but he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2023.
5. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner and recovery of a country made pistol and he has antecedents of similar cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
7. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months.
