From a perusal of Annexure-A to the counter affidavit, it appears that the Screening Committee has found that the petitioner is entitled to 3rd A.C.P., but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the same has not been implemented till date. In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-authorities to give monetary
Patna High Court CWJC No.11431 of 2013 dt.02-09-2016 2/2 benefit of 3rd A.C.P. to the petitioner in terms of Annexure-A to the counter affidavit within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
