JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 270 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 342, 326, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the first information report, however he has been implicated in this case during investigation on the restatement of the informant. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. Specific allegation of firing is against F.I.R. named accused persons.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.49258 of 2017(3) dt.16-11-2017 2/2 petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Sirari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 270 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
