JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 302, 304B,498A/34 of Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of deceased. Petitioners submit that except for committing torture, there is no specific allegations against them. Further, husband of the deceased is in custody and husband's brother has now been released on bail after remaining in custody, against whom there are allegations.

Having regard to the facts of the case, let the petitioners as named above be released on bail in the event of surrender within four weeks, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Masarakh Police station Case No. 234 of 2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49538 of 2015 (3) dt.14-12-2015 The petitioner no.1 would not physically absent for two consecutive dates at a stretch, till two witnesses are examined in the trial.
