The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No.104 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor he has been put on test identification parade after being remanded to judicial custody on 14.06.2019, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learend Sub Judge-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No.104 of 2018, subject to the following conditions:-

No.55475 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 (a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed, and (b) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
