The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 651 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the nature of the offences and the allegations made in the complaint, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bhagalpur in Complaint Case No. 651 of 2016, subject to the conditions as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46012 of 2017 (2) dt.03-10-2017 2/2 laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
