The petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2019 in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioners has surfaced only on the basis of suspicion that the deceased was seen with certain persons and thereafter, the dead body was found lying near Jauwa Santhali Tola. It is further submitted that other persons, whose names have already been taken by the informant, have since been extended the privilege of bail vide order dated 19.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54895 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 No. 43888 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., VI, Katihar in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019.
