The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 341, 323, 504, 354-B, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3(i) (x) (xv) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The informant filed complaint petition on the basis of which the present FIR was lodged. The complainant alleged that she went to the shop of petitioners. On such the petitioners said that all the articles had become impure. It is alleged that petitioner No.1 torn undergarments of the complainant.

It is submitted that prior to filing of this case the petitioners filed informatory petition No. 2321 of 2014. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51226 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 occurrence took place on 14.03.2015 but the complaint petition is filed on 17.02.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jamui SC/ST P.S. Case No. 30 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
