Petitioner No.2 apprehends his arrest in connection with Arer P.S. Case No.39 of 2016 registered under Sections 498(A), 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that though petitioner no.2 is the husband of the deceased but not named in the FIR, there is no any allegation against him levelled by the informant. However, police has submitted charge-sheet against him also. It is further submitted that petitioner no.2 has been working in Delhi and lived there for past eight months back to the occurrence, the only allegation of demand of further dowry and torture is against the in-laws with whom the deceased was residing in village.

No.44105 of 2017 (3) dt.01-11-2017 2 /2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner no.2, namely, Bishnu Sharma in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Benipatti in connection with Arer P.S.
