Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 365, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of three cases. It is next submitted that the informant falsely implicated the petitioner in the present case and the police after investigation submitted final Form No. 126 of 2021, dated 29.04.2021 and even filed a petition in the learned court below to start proceeding under Sections 182 and 211 of the Cr.P.C. against the informant. It is next submitted that the learned court below in a mechanical manner differing with

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 30 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
