The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.360 of 2017 registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is a case and counter case and the petitioners and the informant are agnates and are also next door neighbour and the specific allegation of assault upon the informant on his head with spade is against co-accused Deo Narain Yadav, the petitioners, namely, Shiv Narain Yadav, Jai Narain Yadav and Lallo Yadav @ Lallu Kumar are directed to be
