The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bochacha P.S. Case No.279 of 2022 registered under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. The F.I.R. has been lodged after seven days of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
