Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015 registered under Sections363, 363(A) and 365of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that final form has been submitted in this case. It is also submitted that in the statement recorded u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C., the victim has not supported the occurrence of kidnapping. It has lastly been submitted that perusal of Annexure-4 goes to show that this case has mistakenly been lodged due to confusion.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55615 of 2016 (3) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur subject to conditions as laid down under Section-438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
