2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 341, 323, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons have assaulted the father of the informant by means of iron road and lathi on the head due to which the father of the informant died.
