The petitioner is seeks bail in connection with Gobardhana P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. So far the petitioner is concerned, only general and omnibus allegation of assault made by the petitioner and others. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the specific allegation is against Lallu Mian and Arun Thakur. They have assaulted on the head of the Munnar Yadav and so far the petitioner is concerned, no specific allegation of assault has been alleged against the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2016 and charge-sheet has been submitted

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact that no specific allegation of assault is against the petitioner, he is in custody since 06.09.2016 and the charge-sheet has been submitted, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Gobardhana P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016.
