The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 registered under Sections 304/34 IPC and Section 5(2) P.H.M.C. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that other co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by another Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 31416 of 2017 on 21.08.2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.50175 of 2017 (3) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
