2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Andar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Though the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased but the landlord where the occurrence took place, has said that the deceased has committed suicide and the petitioner was involved in disposing his deadbody.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 23.04.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,
