The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 363 of 2019 dated 13.10.2019 instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. In view of the petitioner having been made accused in two cases of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks bail, his application shall be
