2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 343 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

3. The name of the petitioner has been cropped up in this case during investigation on the confessional statement of the co-accused Mahil Singh. The petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

5. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61160 of 2024(3) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-01, Khagaria/concerned court below in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 343 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

6. Before accepting the bail-bond of the petitioner, the court below will verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found having clean antecedent, the bail-bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted. If the petitioner is found having criminal antecedent(s), his bail-bonds shall not be accepted by the court below.
