The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 17.07.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 32326 of 2017.

The Petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail by the order dated 17.07.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 32326 of 2017 in which they were directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but they could not surrender within time, and, hence, pray that time be extended for further four weeks to surrender in the Court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49877 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there was no any intentional laches on their part and delay of 2-3 days occurred.

In such circumstances, further four weeks' time is granted to the Petitioners from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order to surrender before learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 in terms of the order dated 17.07.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc.32326 of 2017. This modification application stands allowed. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
